Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Pets' Station Holding Pte Ltd (“www.petsstation.com.sg”)!

Customers are strongly advised to check the item(s) purchased at the time of delivery to avoid any possible dispute. All item(s) leaving Pets’ Station distribution centre have been checked for quality and quantity accuracy.

The Return, Exchange and Refund Policy described below only apply to online purchases made through www.petsstation.com.sg.

  • For payment upon placement of order. No refunds will be allowed.
  • We will exchange item(s) due to past its DAMAGED CONDITION UPON DELIVERY, DELIVERED WRONG ITEM and MANUFACTURER’S DEFECT only.
  • All exchanges must be returned within 7 days of purchase in its original packaging and condition (unused and unsoiled).
  • Customer has to provide original tax invoice as proof of purchase from www.petsstation.com.sg.
    Otherwise no exchange can be placed.
  • The item(s) will be inspected upon received. Customers shall receive and check the items upon arrival. No return or exchange request will be attended for items leave outside the house requested by customer.
  • Please be informed that measurement of cages and gates may have a discrepancy of ±2cm, which cannot be established as a ground for exchange or refund.
  • We shall try our best to deliver the goods on time. We apologise if we fail to meet the time provided by our customer service due to unforeseen circumstances. However, no refund, product exchange or compensation request will be attended.
  • All returned item(s) must be in good condition and all original packaging (including original tax invoice) must be in place for refund to be issued.
  • NO REFUND & EXCHANGE will be issued if the product shows signs of use.
  • Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer.
  • If the item(s) is returned and/or exchanged, customer(s) is responsible for:
    • return shipping amount – SGD$20 delivery charge/trip
    • 3% of the total payment administration fee
  • All sale items (with vouchers, promo codes, promotion, and clearance) cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Pets’ Station Holding Pte Ltd reserved the right to add, delete or amend any clauses or wordings in the policy without prior notice.
